Thank you for choosing Reflection. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium car care products. Because our formulations are specialized chemical products, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety and integrity of our inventory.
1. Final Sale Policy
All purchases of Reflection Bathe and other car care products are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind or subjective "non-liking" of the product.

Dissatisfaction with scent, color, or consistency.

Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect both the customer and the brand, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claim involving damages or errors.

The video must show the original, sealed courier packaging before it is opened.

The video must be unedited and continuous (no cuts, pauses, or transitions).

The shipping label must be clearly visible and legible in the footage.

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video will result in the immediate rejection of the claim.
3. Eligible Issues for Resolution
We will only entertain claims for the following:

Wrong Product Received: If the item delivered does not match your order.

Extreme Damage: If the bottle is cracked, leaking significantly, or the seal is completely compromised upon arrival.
Note: All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Resolution Protocol
If your claim is verified through the provided video evidence, the following steps will be taken:

Replacement (Primary Action): Our first priority is to ship a replacement bottle to you at no additional cost.

Exceptional Refunds: A refund will only be considered in extreme scenarios where we are unable to fulfill a replacement (e.g., out-of-stock inventory or delivery limitations). Reflection reserves the sole right to determine if a refund is appropriate based on the specific circumstances of the case.
